RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All requests must be initiated within three (3) days of receipt of the clothing. All returned clothing must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

PROCESS

a. To return (or exchange) an item, please email us at care@naaraz.in within three (3) days of receipt of your order about your intent to return (or exchange). Please note clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, Naaraz team will contact you and accept the return. Notifications regarding the pickup will be shared with you on your registered mobile number. You are requested to place the clothing(s) securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our partner at the time of pick up.

b. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your clothing(s), we will process your return or exchange as applicable. Please allow us up to seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

c. Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank from where Transaction price was received or through any other method available on the platform, as chosen by you. For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers. Refunds may take 5-7 days depending on your mode of payment. We will notify you by email and text message when your return has been processed.

NAARAZ TEAM HOLDS THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN CASE THE PRODUCT IS USED OR DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER.

EXCEPTIONS

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at care@naaraz.in within three (3) days of receiving the order in case of either a damaged product return or exchange.
